If I select T75 fifth wheel configuration in vehicle selector, then hit ctrl-W and change upfit to flatbed, after few seconds engine gets starved of oil and eventually dies from it.

In safe mode, I select T65 Cargo box upfit, then ctrl-w select T75 frame, then select flatbed upfit, wait 10 seconds, blue smoke comes out and message engine is starved from oil.

Should I try by moving all mods out from their folder, can mod effect this even in safe mode?

I have cleared cache several times after first spotted this issue.
    --- Post updated ---
I cleared mods folder, 0 items in there, then cleared cache and after that launched in safe mode.

This is exact steps to reproduce video recorded first start after doing above steps:

Note, that it does not happen immediately, takes some seconds, I change camera view and then it happens, I don't think that changing camera view changes that, but it is all there in a clip, it should happen for everyone.

What happens is that something about the combo of the flatbed and that frame causes some sort of physics structure instability since they weren't designed to be combined. The oil warning is because instability can fool the vehicle inertial reference and cause it to think it's upside down

Maybe it is because of ref nodes, up and down gets mixed up there somehow? Maybe stupid idea, but just popped to my mind, I haven't checked if ref nodes use only frame or also upfit, I would think it should use only frame as reference.
