No it can't, too complex for me, and the 3D model is not made for that.

Do you think you're able to make a cab over engine (like in a typical fire truck)?

 

Well, the T-Series frame is really short, my upfit is already bigger than the frame, adding a cab could really some problems in term of stability and design I think.
