I think it's a problem from the texture, try to check the size of the texture, it must be 2^n by 2^(n+1) (ex: 1024*2048; 2048*4096) You could also check if it's exported in BC1/DTX1 or BC3/DTX5 and if you generate mipmaps
I honestly can't find what's wrong, maybe reading the errors from the console will help you find the error You could also try to backup your folder and restart everything from scratch, maybe you will correct your error without even realising it

It seems something is wrong with the ZIP itself. Trying the mod as ZIP gives the white skin. Unpacking the mod works fine. We tried to unpack and then ZIP back your mod and it worked fine, so perhaps your zipping software made something wrong. What program you used?
I used default windows zip. I think the problem was because i deleted dds file and i copied file from desktop and I pasted in zip. Thank you very much. I was think, the problem is more complicated, this solution explains why bolide and 200BX works. Sorry for wasted time.
