The range rover is available with 2 boot seats. The defender 110 is available with 2 boot seats. That is only 7 not 8, but 8 is a rarity (even 7 is, although that is why we had our shogun). Range rover and defender 110 will both tow easy. The defender 110 is also extremely capable offroad too. Oh aljowen. Amarok. However the transit is an incredibly versatile vehicle, don't diss, not a looker but it gets the job done and can take a real beating in the process.
I updated my post, has message under it Also never said those two suvs couldn't off-road/tow (im pretty sure the range rover is actually known for its incredible off-roading capabilities) Sent from the 3rd galaxy from the talks of tapping
Yeah, i was trying to look for things that compare to the pickup trucks that are made in America and Japan. The ford transit (or Mercedes sprinter and all other vans for that matter) are not quite the same.
Once I tried to divide by zero. Long story short, I had to get 10 stitches on my butthole. Never again.
Cool, nog 'n Suid Afrikaner! Ek het dit nie verwag nie, want ek het nog nooit 'n Suid Afrikaner gesien op 'n game se forums nie. Welkom!
I leant against a beer tap while trying to get an ethernet cable from the shelf above the bar. Soaked leg in lager.
Wups. you posted a 2nd gen outside pic but a 1st gen inside pic And why not go with the 2014. OT: American cars suck in every way. Germans & friends make best cars /discussion
Ehhhhhh arguable. American cars suck in many ways, but definitly not every way. Name a mainstream german automaker that offers a full line-up of full size trucks. Now name a german automaker that makes an SUV out of the half and quarter ton frames from their full size truck line-up. I rest my case.
Mercedes Benz. Perhaps not for the second point though. edit: does that 6x6 G Wagen monstrosity count?
VW Crafter, MB Sprinter, or (european ok) Ford Transit. They are not "full size trucks", but they will do everything your truck will do, you can have a 2 ton VW crafter with a utility bed and crew cab, that will do everything your american pickup will do, arguably better. What sense does it make to produce a 3/4 ton SUV, its not like a regular european mom had a 500kg heavy son she will have to haul to school every morning like some in the US have. The Utility in Sport Utility Vehicle has dissapeared, there is no reason to make 3/4 ton SUV's anymore. Get a van.
for the latter, i have no idea what potato is talking about, not even american manufactuers produce 3/4 suvs anymore, the biggest suv will be based on a half ton truck (like an f-150 in the expeditions case, silverado 1500 in chevys case) i agree with IBsenoj though, lets get this thread back on-topic of stupid things you have tried
Chevy made a few 2500 suburbans in recent years. They haven't announced one for the new gen though. And there's the for Excursion.
There were very limited numbers of 2500 Suburbans made in recent years. Yeah the excursion stopped production in 2005. It existed, though. Didn't it?
Front transfer case has no final drive ratio selected on it so instead uses the final drive ratio of the rear diff. Dunno why its like that, its fully possible to have the ratio specified on each, this then allows FWD to work fine.
The benefit is that you can use which ever rear differential you like, with different ratios/lockings/lmited slip and so on, without having to have different front transfercases. For exampel, lets say you have 4.39 both in rear and front differential, and you choose to swap rear differential to a 8.5, this is where things get messed up, because you're front differential will have almost double the wheelspeed vs rear.
