A couple hours in SketchUp with about 30 mins figuring out how to render gets you this *eh* internally suspended (TM but definitely not actually TM'd) wheel.
Something I've been doing in Maya for my 3D Art course, not that big of a fan of Maya atm but it's growing on me.
Making a nice low-poly camaro, will update with progress pics when I get home Update- With a bit of help, I might be able to port it to BeamNG....
Just introduced a friend to blender with my not so good skills I went with a more relaxed style of frame, while he went full racing bike
First try at proper realistic rendering. Made everything in blender then textured in Substance Painter and loaded into blender with full PBR. Pretty happy with the result, although a little more noise that I would have liked the render times were already multiple hours as is. About 3 days of work altogether though from start to finish. Solid View
Finally, something good that didn't come from a tutorial. Learned quite a bit about UV mapping and grease pencil drawings!
