...2000 Honda Odyssey. It was a good, reliable minivan that was pretty nice for someone like John, who wanted modern, practical A to B transportation. It appealed to him so much that when he sold it in 2011, he took the minivan route again by buying a...

Chevy Uplander. He immediately regretted it. It had an interior supplied by Tonka, a ride belonging to a black cab, and dreadful reliability. He got rid of it less than 6 months later for a.....

2010 Toyota Sienna Limited. It was his favourite car up to that point, but in August 2018, he decided to change things up once again, and bought yet another minivan - a...

Brand new Honda Oddyssey Limited. It was perfect for him, and he loves it to bits.

John-Paul Tamarie was a french boy born into a rich family in southern France. He got a Citroen 2CV at first, but the life of luxury called him and he bought a 1957..

...Citroen DS19. However, with it being the year 1966, the Citroen was in need of some TLC, especially in the hydraulic department. Mr. Tamarie tried to deal with it until late 1967, sometimes even riding on sagged suspensiom, but ended up selling the now-rusting Citroen by January 1968. The replacement was a simpler, more durable car - a...

BMW 2500. It had a sweet inline 6 motor, plenty of power, and the quality and luxury the Citröen lacked. He absolutely adored the m30 powered cloud, but he was blindsided by a Peugeot in 1969. He bought a _________ after that.

...late 1966 Peugeot 404 convertible. It was a well-equipped, fuel-injected car with surprisingly good build quality. He liked it despite limited practicality, but his enthusiasm wasn't shared by his wife Marie, and in 1973, shortly after their wedding, she pressured him to buy a 4-door car. He was already planning to replace the 404 with something newer, so the convertible was sold and replaced with a sedan - a...

...slightly used 1972 Peugeot 504 fuel-injected model. The car felt like a successor to their 404, which it was. Marie liked the 504 more, as that was what she preferred for him to have. He kept the car longer than the 404, until 1980, when his first daughter was born, Alice, was born. He thought of buying another Peugeot, as he had more trust with the brand, and went with a Peugeot...

...604. It was a 2.9 V6 model from 1978. Not only it was from a trusted brand, it also got rave reviews, so he bought it. However, as time went on, he noticed that Peugeot's quality had slightly dropped since the 60s and early 70s, as seen in the car's electrics and engine, which went through quite a few repairs. Finally, in 1985, Mr. Tamarie got a raise, so he sold the 604 and got a station wagon - a....

...Renault 18 TS Break. This was their first new introduction to a brand since the Peugeots, and it was a decent start. The car was the more high tier trim for the 18 Breaks, and the car lasted for quite a bit for the family. The car lasted until 1996, when Tamarie wanted to get a more up-to-date car for the family and wanted something suiting for his age (now being in his 40s and 50s).

...'00 Jeep Grand Cherokee. In 2003, he was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease, and 4 years later died of it. The car was sold off in 2011 by Marie for a Jeep Patriot, and since then, Alice and Marie have kept it ever since.

    New Story: Valentina Marañés
Born in Puerto Rico on Valentines Day, 1959, Valentina is a well-respected actor and singer. On her 16th birthday, her dad, a governor at San Juan, gave her a car - a mainland import of a used '69 Bel Air sedan. She loved the car as it was, with it's pristine white color and crisp 60s design. In 1980, she got engaged with a local painter, Carlos, and decided it was time to find a new car for the 2. She decided to buy a used...

...Pontiac Catalina hardtop from 1973. While it was a bit less reliable than the Chevy and looked a bit awkward, it was a better-equipped, more refined, more spacious car, and so they kept the Poncho for the next five years. However, in 1985, they decided to get a family station wagon, being expecting parents, and bought a...

1983 Audi 5000 wagon. Prior of purchasing the car, reports of sudden acceleration of the car has noted and recalls of the car has done to it. But she never knew about it, so she bought the car for cheap.
Initially, she loved the car, and often drove to her workplace with it.
In 1986, while she was driving to her home in the highway, the car suddenly accelerated and crashed a nearby Toyota sedan. She survived, then tried to sue Audi, but the case was finally closed in 2010.
Since then, she vowed to not buy an Audi again because of this incident. In 1987, after she was recovered by the crash, she bought another European station wagon...

(The Audi acceleration story was ruled a fake, and the accompanying 60 Minutes video is now known to be fabricated. Also, with many 80s Audis in Poland, it should be a known issue around here. It isn't.)

...1990 Nissan Stanza GXE. By that time, she already got well into her acting career, but now finished music school as well. In 1994, she starred in plenty of popular shows around her island. Her income increased even more, so she was able to get the car converted to LWB. In 1999, she starred in a American film for her first time, and she started gaining popularity there as well. Finally, a year later, she wanted something more classy from the Japanese, so she sold her LWB Stanza for a...

...used '06 Chevrolet TrailBlazer SS. It was more sportier, and had decent amount of space like the wagons. By that time, they already moved into Georgia before buying the TrailBlazer.

She started participating in more American films and shows, and she even made a debut with her car in a sitcom once. Her popularity grew more and more from that, including her car itself. She was given a opportunity from Buick, and decided to take the opportunity, selling the TrailBlazer and taking it's slot was the Buick...
