Can you remove this file from there? After that, no one will download it. How can I be sure there are no viruses here. I will not download it, and probably no one else will either.
The website they uploaded it on gives you viruses, the mod is probably fine, ill download it later to see anyway Edit: the file is fine

Hello mate, how are you? I tried to download the mod, and I did everything the repository tutorial said, I got the mod, as ZIP file i kept it, and I dropped in a file I created named "mods" in the Beamng folder, but it doesnt show up in the mods tab in-game, maybe I try again or is it problem with outdated versions or anything like that? By the way I'm playing in the newest version (Edit: I tried to reinstall and then put it in the folder again, still doesn't show up) (Second Edit- I figured out how to do it)
This is just wrong - if you press the correct buttons, you get the mod and nothing else. And even if you click on one of these sketchy buttons, nothing happens except maybe a random pop-up If something is eventually downloaded that you did not intend to download, this is the result of you doing all possible wrong steps after one another - but still won't give you a virus. Just delete the thing again and that's it. (Just from my site, sorry for off-topic, but I can't let it stand like that)
Well, that's not entirely true. Something some leakers do is sneak a virus inside of the mod, and you're not exactly able to detect it until its active/opened. While 3rd party sites tend to not give you viruses, they spam you with ads and some mods have possibilities to contain viruses inside of the zip file. It's mostly not the installer itself, but it can be sometimes. My advice, don't go to 3rd party sites ever, just stick to this site and this site only.

The file from the first page after update 0.25 has stopped working. The plane guy posted an amendment on page 171. She works.
