[SOLVED] Orbit Camera is No Longer Smooth

*SOLVED*

So, I was generating thumbnails for my custom configurations, but when the game was done, it just crashed. After it crashed, I booted up the game again and spawned in, but I noticed...

The orbit camera doesn't seem to be smooth anymore. It's just this weird, "sharp" camera. Also, I did not install any mods after the game crashed or when the game was about to crash.
Things I tried:
-Clearing cache
-Searching the problem up for the solutions other people found
-Switching to different maps and vehicles
-Checked if the problem would also occur in safe-mode (and it did)

...But those did not work either. Does anyone know how to fix this?

 

Verify file integrity through Steam, verify in the settings if it isn't defaulted to the "chase" camera and if the setting (i can't remember it's name but it's to loosen the camera in orbit mode" is set to loose.

Aaand that did not work either. It just says "no problems found."

 

Take a look at your in-game settings then.

 

Which exact settings? If you mean camera settings, I did not touch camera settings at all.

 

Yeah but check them to see if they aren't messed up.

 

Is there like a way of resetting specific settings?

If you meant only uninstall via Steam and re-install it, I did that and didn't work.

 

At this point try deleting or moving you entire userfolder, if that don't work then i don't know what else to do.

 

Well, thanks for trying to help me, but I think I'm gonna try deleting the file in documents and the whole file in "Steam/steamapps/common" and see if that works, that's my last resort.

 

I re-installed the game after doing that AND THE CAMERA IS STILL NOT SMOOTH.

I guess I'll have to try that
