[SOLVED] Major Bug

i started up beam and when the pickup spawns i get the usual body shell bit the wheel are the black steel wheels and not the d15 normal ones but that's not big bug the actual thing that is annoying me is that when i drive the pickup or pretty much any other stock game vehicle the speedometer don't work it don't go up nor down neither does the RPM at all here are my specs:

( i know they are bad but i get about 10-15 fps which is ok for me to play games on (ish) if i had more money i would buy a better system) also it seems from my perspective that beam is not as good on intel CPU's mostly low end but some high end maybe you could look into it? thanks -BG

 

The D15 spawning with the steel wheels is intentionnal. Now for the actual bug, try to remove your mods, clear the cache and reinstall the game if it doesn't work
