[SOLVED] How do you hide the UI?

So a pretty basic question but I've searched and I can't seem to find any answers. I just want to take a nice screenshot but it's such a pain to have to remove all my apps and then try to find them all and get them back when I want to play again. And then you still have the little menu icons on the right side of the screen. There has to be a better way. Right?

shift + u. I have to spam it to make it work sometimes, not sure if my keyboard sucks or game bug.

For some reason it is ALT-U for me in a fresh game

Check the date of the last post.
It was SHIFT+U in 2015.
Now it's ALT+U.
