    Could it be a conflicting mod maybe?

    I also noticed the Moonhawk in the 'East Coast Ramp Jump' scenario spawns with missing body panels and suspension.

    It even happens with no mods enabled so I will try uninstalling and re-installing the game and see if the bug still happens.

    I re-installed the game and it fixed the problem!
