    Official Report: At around 10:30 Wednesday morning, an emergency call was made out reporting loud tire screeching and a crash from the Migratory Bird Research Center. Police went to investigate, and discovered the smashed red 2019 Hirochi Sunburst E(CA Plates 6CTZ343), as well as the body of Mr. Caleb Seymour, and his injured passenger, Ms. Lola Stanton. Ms. Stanton was transported to a local medical facility, then transported to Belasco General Hospital. Mr. Seymour was sent to a local coroner, where it was discovered that he had no drugs in his system. The accident is still an open case.

    Update: 19:20. Investigation of the vehicle has led to the conclusion that an ESC fault caused the accident. The vehicle was sent to Hirochi of Belasco for further analysis.
