Unsolved Skinning The T-Series Won't Work

I'm trying to skin the T-Series. The textures are in the folder, saved properly as DDS. The jbeam and materials.cs both are present and formatted properly. The textures won't load, and the console throws no errors.

The truck just stays white.

 

Give me a DL and I will try to fix it.
