I've been having a lot of trouble creating even one skin for my bike.

Lets get to the main issue:
The skin shows in the parts selector, but once selected results in NO visual changes to the bike. There's absolutely nothing in the console that mentions the skin being missing or so besides this general error

The thing is, I have everything correct as far as I know. All my UV maps/layout are correct and the skin is as well, since the skin is in the parts selector, that means the Jbeam for the skin is correct. I've retried many times, redoing the skin itself, remapping, changing from .cs files to .json, all which have failed me.

BELOW ARE THE PICTURES OF MY JBEAM, MATERIALS FILE, SKIN AND DIRECTORY:

I have been trying to figure this out for months and it's really making me angry, if anyone can help, please feel free to leave a comment.

You may also download the Jbeam and .json files if you would like to further inspect the issue.

    Thank you

Have you tried renaming the skin materials file to skin.materials.json?

Have you tried making a new UV map and redoing the skin to fit it?
