WIP Beta released Semi Euro Truck 0.61

OMG.
The scania mod in 0.32 was not working,the front wheels of every scania truck are missing,and I can not solve it,someone or author please fix it!

 

Can someone please fix the mod!

Just a quick patch to fix the wheels not showing by using some legacy t series stuff and fixed the textures that were missing,

The mod is still heavily outdated, dump truck lights are Grey, it wont go in a straight line, esc interferes with box truck config shifting up, no pbr and the box truck config makes a lot of noise when spawned but it works.

To tow trailers I recommend using these legacy trailers https://www.beamng.com/threads/0-30-gavril-t-series-and-trailers.95616/#post-1667469 as this mod does not support the new hitch.

If the truck is turning to one side try editing the "Toe Adjust" in the tuning menu to around 60%, I have edited the configs to around that value by default but it may change if you use the parts selector to remove and re-add the suspension.

Thanks for repairing the mod.

 

Uploaded new file to implement a workaround for the truck pulling to the right, added interior sounds, added horn, edited configs and rolled back the new fifth wheel option due to an oversight with the trailers brakes locking on when attached, I recommend using this to tow trailers now, https://www.beamng.com/threads/0-30-gavril-t-series-and-trailers.95616/#post-1667469.

 

I heavily apologize for bumping this thread, but I just want to ask, is it possible to change out the old tow hitch with the game's newly updated tow hitch and leave it like that? I'd imagine it'd be something to do with coding and stuff but I know nothing about modding, so this may be invalid.

 

Personally I think this mod should die out as its way too outdated for the past half decade pretty much, we have the Segra mod already, if someone ever reworks on this mod, best option is to create a new from scratch resembling this amazing mod if someone has the time and dedication to even bother

 

It is possible but for some reason when you connect to a trailer the brakes lock on on the trailer and don’t turn off and I have no idea what causes it which is why I reverted it

 

It was caused by some data not added in the mod,but it dosen't matter,just removed the trailer brakes' value when you attach it.

 

Sure i will remake the mod but it will take many months as it will be a scancia truck mod i will put the progress i. The fourms
