I dont know why but this mod uses 90% of my ram memory. but I have 16gb ram. Do anyone has same problem?

 

Mine doesn't use as much, but it does use a lot.

 

if it helps anyone ive fixed this maps sky bug and buildings textures, there may be parts of no texture blobs in the wilderness, im trying to fix it though.
You will need this mod for textures to work

edit: download removed as it is broken as heck
