A map with a size of over 10x10km is already hard to make, an entire averagely sized European country (like Latvia) would thus already take years in development, and the largest country on earth would probably take at least 200 years to develop 1:1 all alone. Also, the name "Russian Region" suggests that it is only a small part of Russia.
waboll has a good point, every single one of your posts that i've seen is complaining or belittling other users. my advice (even though you're most likely "too good" to care): try to lose the "im superior" mindset and maybe be respectful to people (cough taz mir) there's literally no reason to always be a purposefully unpleasant person
