Hey man! long time! we were about to search this guys car. @zestyfolfdude , go ahead and launch the investigation. I'll go and see if they let me in real quick so I can get a nice car.
*Drives away from the docks Hmm... time to see if the siren as some uses... *Turns on cherry top light siren --- Post updated --- *Drives at 86 Mph to Firwood
"Yup, I'm gonna call my division right now- and get permission." After a quick call, I am granted permission. Before I search the German wagon, I say: "I have a sour taste in my throat, a sinking feeling- That this is related to Parker somehow."
(Insert me applying to the FBI here) Sweet, i’m back in. I should probably stay for good or they wont hire me next time. If this is related to Parker... hopefully it wont take a plane and lives of many to take this down.
*Arrives at Firwood 17 minutes later Let see if something interesting hap- OooOOo a Nuty bar *rips out plastic *Eats bar
"Yeah, well, related to Parker or not, I can't envision this ending well. I would help you guys, but I'm kind of in a gray area here. It's been a long time since I've done FBI type of stuff, I'm not so sure I should anymore. I'm just the head accountant at BeamCom Firwood branch, not some special agent." I lean against the bumper of my truck. "Well, maybe I'll give my old supervisor a call."
"That's the spirit." I pause, then say: "Come on, man. We need you back in this game." A slight smile plays with the corners of my mouth as I say: "I don't know anyone else who likes high-speed chases as much as you do." Upon searching the car, I find various documents and notes in the glove box and center console- Most of it dealer records and registration. Apparently, the car was stolen via the good ol' "Smash the window" trick, then some electrical work was done and the car was repaired. When I opened up the driver-side sun visor, though, two documents and a sticky note drifted down. One paper was blank except for some basic math, but the other- went like this. Words replaced by hashtags were covered up by white out. Agent ###, It has come to our attention that Zestyfolfdude, one of the FBI officials working on the ###### ####, has bought a house and vehicle in Firwood, Maine. His vehicle has been described as a 1987 Ibishu Pessima DX in Pearl White. The location and visual appearance of his house is unknown. We do not know if the suspect is armed; or working with a crew of any sort. Your task is to ######## the target, by means of # #####-## #########. Your vehicle will be a 2016 ETK 800, aquired by means of ######## ### #######. The weapon provided will be a Glock 17. If this task is not completed by #### hours on ########, you will be subject to ####### ##### ####, and ### ###### ##### #####. Good luck, Agent #. I felt sick after reading the paper. I grabbed the sticky note- It was a dumbed down version of the same letter. I grabbed the paper and ran to show my friends.
I’m gonna search his phone real quick... *I grab the thumb of the now dead man and push it against the home button of his phone. I open the email and text app and scroll through, looking for anything on us. --- Post updated --- That letter is bad news. They seem to have been following you a while. I'm looking to see if the phone has anything on us...
"Hey, that's pretty smart. I'll search the tailgate and backseat, as well as look for the offending weapon."
"Yeah, well, I am a sucker for high speed chases, you're right. My supervisor okay'd it, I guess I'm on your team now." I laugh, I've missed this. A few seconds later, I hear the contents of the letter. "These guys were out to kill you. How the hell do they know what car you have already? You've had the damn thing for all of 30 hours! They've definitely keeping incredibly close tabs on you. probably somebody in this very town. I wonder when my assassin is supposed to strike..."
Okay, heres an email from HE52K3V482@beammail.com... Oh sheeeeit. The email has a picture of me, @98crownvic , and @zestyfolfdude. It also has three beamDocs attachments that lead to a page with our information, including location and cars. Guys... check this out...
"Hey, guys! found the gun!" It was, like the letter said, a Glock 17. It had slid under the seat. It smelled EXTREMELY sharp and clean, this was probably to remove existing fingerprints.
"We need to leave. I'll tip the police-they'll investigate the crime scene. Take the papers and the phone, and follow me. They don't know where my house is, so we'll be safe there. Do you guys have guns?"
I walk back to my truck and unlock the glovebox, revealing a pistol. "Let's roll the hell outta here. @zestyfolfdude , you said your house is off their radar? I almost wonder if we should stay the night at the inn, just to be double sure."
