My Miramar Project car is done! Its been worth working so hard, now i can go back to buying and selling cars for my dealership
Well my friend called and said he neededthe Pessima, and almost all of his cars are broken. So he gave me a ride to a near gas station/car dealership, and now i need to decide what car to buy, since all of them are really fishy. --- Post updated --- I decided to buy the Roamer, since it has some rust on the outside and a smoking engine. A good car for 450$.
Rumor has it that there is an old abandoned Moonhawk in the backyard of a foreclosed house in the Viaduct district of Garfield Heights. Me and my buddies Mike and Joe are gonna check it out today. I am picking up Mike right now. We are waiting forever for Joe, as always. We are pulling up to the house now... Wow! This thing is rough! As I looked closer at it though, I realized that it had all original parts (missing the engine and trans) and it was a test model (#45 of 60) before the cars were released to the public. I am hopping on this car for sure now! I got my trusty set of roll-around tires on it now too! $500 later and we own the car. We are struggling without an engine or a winch to load it onto the trailer! We are rolling into the shop parking lot now. We managed to lose the rear bumper and a hubcap. Thankfully, the hubcap was still on the trailer. (It will make a cool but rare wall ornament) It's unloaded and tomorrow we begin work on it!
Finished my project. It took 1350$ to finish it, but I hope I can sell it for 2000$ Started by stripping most of the parts away. Then installed a custom suspension using some sport parts. Got a 2.8L I5 engine with 4-speed automatic. And finally installed the body parts. Also got new plates for it.
So, I guess I am restarting... I still work at Restorations BTW and now I restore cars and sell them. I live in Garfield Heights and I own a supercharged Grand Marshal I sometimes take to drag races. I also have a 200BX as a daily driver.
Doing some more work to the Moonhawk this morning. Since it has no motor or tranny, I decided I'm swapping in a Gavril Barstow 423 cu. in. V8 and a 4-speed manual trans behind it. I ran out to the junkyard and picked those up this morning. We pulled apart the front end of the car so we could easily mount the engine. The fame and body are so rusted that we decided to strip them and send them to sandblasting. The frame is back within a few hours, now time for new suspension. We finished installing the race suspension kit and are mounting the engine this afternoon. (these wheels aren't permanent) We dropped the engine in and are working on mounting it and the transmission. Once the body is back from sandblasting, we can start wiring and fabricating the custom stuff for the 423. Engine is in and we got the body back. Now we just have to mount it and set it up for the custom engine and transmission. We finished all that up and now we are putting body panels on. This is all of today. We will finish it up tomorrow.

-hears yelling- -looks out- -a black van pulls up- -it drifts as the back doors open, revealing a cannon in the back- -attackers begin to yell what sounds like a mid eastern accentA -cannon shoots at my house- -cops begin to shoot at the attackers- -hears what might've been Allah Akbah, can't be certain- -van explodes- -more police show up- -hears yelling from my neighbours-
-Hears people yelling- -looks out window- HOLY SHIT. -Jumps in car- Help is on the way guys. Me and my friends are gonna try to take these dumbasses down. --- Post updated --- -follows a silver school bus- -People shoot out the bus- OH SHIT -Dives off onto a side street- --- Post updated --- -Quickly installs bulletproof lexan onto my D15 Marauder- Ok guys. What you gonna do now that I got full protection? --- Post updated --- They're brake checking me coming into the main road.
