ripping models from flatout ultimate carnage?

    All of the models are very weird, it seems that there are alot of duplicated parts, here's an example:

    The trim, interior, suspension and bodies are all duplicated.

    Just a bit of info for you guys, GTA IV doesn't need zmodeler to rip assets. All you need is OPEN IV, ytd to dff (so you can import them into blender), txdworkshop (to extract the textures), blender, and the dff plugin for blender, so you can load the 3d models (same method applies to GTA V and SA)

    i think zmodeler can be downloaded for free but its restricted, not sure.

    It's restricted to only .z3d if you didn't buy it.

    that explains why almost everything on that website is in z3d format...
    I still manage to port them in .obj lol :p

    looks pretty good :)
    The way i usually do it is port the model, then get the textures working in-game because that bugs me a lot lol, then start working on the jbeam.

    yes but no? you cant export it as another format so its going to stay a z3d format.
