respawn driving cars

Hey,

when I spawn multiple cars and throttle with all cars driving down a highway to cause a crash scene and want to change the position of a car because it's to far away from the other cars for example, I select that car and go to the point where I want to place that car and press F7, but sometimes the driving/throttling car I want to spawn there just spawns new and sometimes it keeps driving.
It's a bit annyoing when I'm making a video with a lot of cars and then I want to position a car to another place while it's driving, but then it stops and I have to spawn all the other cars again and throttle again an recreate the scene again.

It's not a big problem, but If you want to make a video like me it's hard to handle with that. Don't know if that's a bug or if I am doing something wrong. I hadn't that problem earlier.

The recent update to the game has caused this to occur, I far as I know there is no way to fix this. If anyone has a solution please say. -Titantls
