I decided to try making a decent image. Came out better than I expected it to, that's for sure. (I'm not confident in my photoshop skills, in case you can't tell.)
Testing some GTA V ReShade presets in BeamNG, turns out they work pretty well. All I did was remove the ReShade DoF in favor of the default one (the ReShade DoF causes massive menu blurring.)
Edited pic! Why you should never have a police fleet comprised entirely of Hirochis and try to form a blockade... Spoiler: Unedited --- Post updated --- it's not edited or graphics enhanced so delete it
Great! Try my preset's DOF configuration, the blurred menu bug doesn't happen. But you have to change its color to a slightly blueish one as described in my main post so you can actually read something! Here is the link, have fun! http://www.beamng.com/threads/beamng-drives-visual-enhancement-project-vep-official-thread.21488/
Ah, thanks! I might try that. I have since disabled it because it was too bright in certain areas (to the point of my eyes hurting, especially bad on sandy beaches) and it made my FPS drop quite a bit (my GPU is horrible), but in the right area and with a good angle, it makes some good screenshots. But, I bet with a few tweaks it might look real good. OT: My default vehicle.
Thanks for the feedback! I wish I had more time to tweak it as you say. Hopefully someone will be brave enough to release a modified version of it and it will be much better!
@cessni is it required to have an enhancer/edited pic to post it here? (Yes I saw the first post). And would these pics of mine be fitting for the thread? Spoiler: Unedited Spoiler: Unedited I feel like i over edited the first one. Edited them both by only using the default built in windows 10 image editor(not paint).
Yes, they are fitting, as they meet the requirements written in the first post. For unedited pictures, we have the community screenshots thread, this is just for the best of the best Thanks for sharing! I love your pics!
I dont know why, ive seen a lot of awesome beamng pictures, but thats my favorite. Its the simplicity, the perfect shot, the good car choice. Its just simply great
I think I know why some areas are insanely bright on the GTA V preset. The bloom seems to be set a bit high, so I will mess around with the values over the weekend. EDIT: It seems bloom was not the culprit. It was the ambient light effect. OT: Widebody Pessima with a stage 2 turbocharged flat four and RWD. My new tweaked ReShade is now turned on, too.
