Hey WarDaddyUSA! Will you add just red lightbars and just blue lightbar?
Also can you add just red and blue lightbar without white led flashers in middle between red and blue flashers?

I believe he has that in the works. I've been following this thread pretty closely because of how much I admire the mod, and he has stated that we should be expecting B/B, R/R, and possibly even A/A in the next update.

Again, I believe he has that in the works. However, a fully functioning traffic advisor might be a little later; I think he plans on turning the back two white modules into ambers, but not any arrow sticks.

 

This is my own opinion on this, but I think it would be cool in the parts selector to either have the back lights be colored(any variation of red and blue), or have them be just amber. But of course, I know this takes a lot of work, so I’m happy with what ever will be done!

Having severe FPS drops with this current build of RPL suddenly after revamping the lighting system

Gonna try to see what the main cause is or if I’m hitting a limitation.

I wonder how this will effect low-end users if I do not find a fix.

 

So I’ll try to explain this, but as far as I understand, the back traffic adviser is replacing red and blue lights, and if that is the case, it would be cool to have the option to have it be amber, or red and blue

 

The traffic advisor is not replacing any lights.

Not sure what you mean by this.. what are you trying to show?

 

they are like little visor around the lights

 

My guess is the black covering with the little lip. Purple is that, the yellow is what it could also mean.

You've further caught my interest. Do you plan to make a lighting configuration for white and amber lights without a lightbar, similar to a slicktop? I don't know why, but after seeing a setup like that on a CVPI in real life, I cannot stop thinking about it.

@FullestHawk1417, I have said I would enhance the existing models and make some more, but I thought I already have this in RPL. I call it the visor led. I tried making it similar to that but my modeling skills weren’t as good then, so I’ll definitely make something exactly like that. Thanks for that idea!

 

Do you guys have any suggestions for traffic advisor patterns? (I.e. Center-out, left, right patterns, chase patterns etc)
