Case: Loss of control, November 9, 1990

Crash Description: A businessman, who had rented an Ibishu Kashira to carry a small load, lost control, hit a dirt mound at 70 mph, hit the ground, and started rolling.

Injuries: The man died on impact.

Aftermath: Police and officials were alerted of the crash by a nearby business. An investigation on the crash was held the following day, and it appeared the driver had his gas pedal get stuck, as well as having his steering fail, and an investigation on Ibishu took place, as well as a recall of all 1989-1991 model Ibishus

Case: Driving while playing on phone caused a fatal highway accident, March 25, 2020, 11:50.

Description: The accident happened when the driver of the Peugeot was playing on his phone while driving with his hands off the steering wheel and not paying attention to the road, but his car moved into the other lane, the driver noticed this and tried to steer quickly back into his lane, his car oversteered and crashed into the BMW in the other lane, the cars behind them trying to avoid the collision either crashed into them, into each other or into the guardrail.The accident was also recorded by on-board cameras in the cars.

Injuries: In the Peugeot, driver died, in the BMW, driver and 2 passenger injured, in the Mitsubishi, driver and 2 passenger injured, in the Ford Bronco, driver died, in the Mini, driver and 2 passenger died, in the Ford F-150, driver and 2 passenger injured, in the SRT, driver injured, in the Volkswagen, driver and 2 passenger injured, in the Mercedes-Benz, driver and 2 passenger injured

Crash Description: A Mustang Driver wasn't paying attention when he was speeding and crashed into a Land rover defender.

Case: Rally race and road work, 7/23/2021

Crash Description: A Rally event was going on but not knowing that beamcom showed up at the end to work on some powerlines that were down. The rally cars came and the first one got though it but all the others crashed into all the beamcom vehicles

Injuries: No Injuries because no one was in the beamcom vehicles and all the rally cars had roll cages.

Case: speeding on 5/16/77

Crash Description: A 76 satsuma 1600 was speeding on a on ramp and there was a semi so not being able to stop crashed right under the truck. The truck driver did'nt notice and kept moving but a 1970 Gavril d-series flagged him down and he pulled over, but he just swished the satsuma more against the barrier.

Injuries: The satsuma driver died on impact.

Aftermath: The truck driver won his case and nothing happened to him.

Case: Speeding and police persuit on 9/16/2017

Crash Description: A 2017 ETK s-series was stolen from Rich's motor company and was being chased so to confuse the cop he went through a tunnel but at the end a 2017 ETK 800 Ute with a crate in the back with a small utility trailer was driving though the intersection so the S-series hit the trailer which sent the 800 flying and broke the S-series steering and rammed into a billboard pole.

Injuries: No Injuries

Case: Rear-end collision due to speeding ends in fatal accident.

Description: Vehicle, driving 50 mph/81 km/h rear-ends a vehicle that's in a complete stop. After collision, the vehicle that's in a complete stop, crashes head-on into a police vehicle. The vehicle that caused the collision, lost control and ended up in a ditch meant for rain water.

Aftermath:
The family of D. Hill (passenger 3 vehicle 2) sued both F. Franco (driver vehicle 1) and Ibishu North America Inc. Crash Test Maine crashed 3 similar Arrona's at 50 mph into 3 similar Pessima's. The 1996 Ibishu Pessima got 4 stars at the BIHS crash test. The charges for Ibishu North America Inc. were dropped, even though the rear of the 3 Pessima's did crumple in the same way, but it met the 1996 standard. F. Franco claimed he was in a rush, because he was late for a business meeting. This was proven to be false, as Franco was unemployed at that time. Franco also had a little more than 5 times the legal limit of alcohol in his blood. He was arrested with a DUI and involuntary manslaughter of David Hill and was sentenced to 2 and a half years in prison, where he served 1 year.

Case: Rockslide on 5/23/88

Crash Description: A Rockslide flattened a 1974 satsuma AMP and a 1988 ibishu Blackfoot hit a rock and which caused the whole highway to stop, and a big sedan (unknown model*) was serving though everyone and got smacked under a truck and an ibishu 300bx stopped and a fps trapez wagon hit the 300bx and started a huge pileup.

Injuries: The satsuma driver died instantaneously but everyone else was ok

Case: Late night street racing and harsh turn on 9/25/95

Crash Description: Some teens had some sports cars and they all agreed to a race. They started by the broken bridge and race stopped there were everyone on piled up. They were found soon after by a driver going to work. He took some photos and called the police, but they came at sunrise due to it being the middle of the night. When they arrived, they saw a small yellow 1980 AW Astro way down in the canyon.
Injuries: The Astro driver had life threating but everyone else was ok.

Cars Used: 1980 AW Astro, 1987 Ibishu saga, 1994 ETK k-series, 1984 Ibishu 300bx, 1980s-1990s Rayton Sabrome and 1988 soliad Fieri.

Aftermath: They were too late and the Astro driver died and Everyone else had to serve a year in prison with a fine.

Case: oblivious driving on 1/19/22

Crash Description: A Sunburst driver was looking at his phone when a ETK 1300 pulled out of their driveway and the sunburst hit the ETK sending it into the land over where a Gavril d-series hit it with a grand marshal taxi driver looking at the crash it the sunburst.
Injuries: Everyone was ok with no injuries.

Case: Planned television show scene, June 24th, 1976

Crash Description: Lens Flare Studio, the company behind the show The Barons of Beam, was working on a scene featuring a rollover accident. The initial scene had the fan favorite Barstow, dubbed Colonel Beam hit a rock, roll over, and crashed into a patch of dirt, while a police vehicle pursuing it came to a stop in the road. Off camera, a dump truck, piloted by a construction worker, lost his brakes down a hill, and was picking up speed, when it slammed into the stopped Bluebuck, while accelerating, until pushing it into a rock nearby.

Injuries: The stunt drivers in the Barstow and Bluebuck had minor injuries. The dump truck owner, an extra, was shocked, but uninjured.

Aftermath: The Barstow was replaced with another car in a later episode. The Bluebuck was also replaced with a Moonhawk police car. The episode aired on BBS (Beam Broadcasting Service) the following night.

Case: Child playing with Rc car on 9/2/20

Crash Description: A Mione driver and his son wanted to get out of his house, so he got his little Rc car and took it to the tourist center on top of the hill. As they started it a Brutto grander driver was trying to park and ran over the Rc. there was a Sherriff there who had nothing better to do and pulled up and looked at what happened.

Injuries: Nothing. how could anyone even get injured in this case?

Aftermath: Nothing needed to happen, but the Brutto driver insisted to pay to replace the Rc car.

Case: Fatal drag racing accident, September 23, 1989, 11:54.

Description: The accident happened when the steering wheel of the Covet got stuck for a few seconds, the driver wanted to turn the steering wheel, when the steering wheel was working again, he accidentally turned it to the right, his race car's high front suspension, the FWD and rapid cornering caused his car to airbone with the roof towards the ground, fly into the other race lane where the ETK dragster racing against him hit the front of the Covet at the windshield, the impact caused both cars to barrel roll and land overturned.

Injuries: The driver of the Covet suffered serious head and chest injuries and a broken left arm, while the driver of the ETK suffered minor injuries.

Location: Drag Strip, USA.

Cars Involved: 1989 Ibishu Covet Drag Racer, 1988 ETK I-Series Drag Racer.

Aftermath: The Covet driver died of his injuries four days later in hospital. Later, when mechanics attempted to repair the Covet, it was discovered that the Covet was unfit for drag racing. The steering column was already broken before the accident, the front wheel was too big, the turbo pressure was too high and the car had no rescue parachute, which is mandatory in most drag racing.

Witness 1 report: [The] White sedan drove the wrong way at the beginning of the highway at the airport. Crashed at 150, maybe 160 km/h against a bus.
Witness 2 report: The white Pessima had already been driving the wrong way. It drove [in] the opposite lane after leaving the airport, almost crashing into a car. [It] Also went the wrong way on the roundabout.
Witness 3 report: I followed the car, on the right lane of course. [...] It crashed with about 150, 160, maybe 170 km/h. There was no way they could survive.

Aftermath:
There were no charges against any party. Why H. Fox drove in the wrong direction, we don't know. Fox was not used to left hand drive traffic, living in the UK, and that may be the cause. He also was medically and physically fit, and loved his wife and only child, so murder was also ruled out. Car Rental Norte went bankrupt during the great recession in 2008. NIBT plans to retire their last DT40L in early 2024.

Case: obnoxious kids on 8/2/2000

Crash Description: A Family was on a road trip in their Cherrier picnic with a trailer and roof box when one kid asked "can we get food" for the 5th time wich sent the driver yelling at the kid not knowing he was speeding towards a sharp curve with tree's, his wife yelled at him to pay attention, but that was to late too.

Injuries: None

Cars Used: 1992 cherrier picnic dune + niewiadów N260c with Lucasbe retro roof box.

Aftermath: They had to walk and never saw the car again.

Case: Rockslide leads to disaster, May 23, 1996

Crash Description: Pete Rivers, who was driving his semi down I-70, encountered a rockslide , which barely missed his truck, and landed on his cargo, forcing him to stop. Another family, the Smith family, was driving home from a trip to San Francisco, when they encountered the semi, slammed on the brakes, and hit the fuel tank of the semi, which fortunately did not rupture. After the second impact, a drunk driver who stole a cement mixer from a construction site was heading east, when he lost control, jumped the barrier, and flipped the cement mixer, landing on top of the family's wagon. The accident started a fire, which later caused Pete's truck to explode into flames.

Injuries: Pete died when his truck burst into flames. Nobody in the station wagon survived. The drunk driver sustained serious injuries from the accident.

Aftermath: The highway was closed for the next few years to minimize rock impacts. The drunk driver was arrested for grand theft auto, as well as receiving a DUI, and he got sued $50,000 by Utah Construction LLC for damaging property "designed specifically for official use only." The surviving members of both the Rivers and Smith family also sued the driver in court, and won. The driver is currently serving 15 years in prison, and is not eligible for parole. The rockslide safety project was completed in 2002.

Case: Faulty vehicle on 10/19/88

Crash Description: A 1987 bruckell vrv side door swung open for no reason which freaked out the driver and caught up in that, not noticing his car was swerving to the left across the lane into an incoming t-series witch hit them head-on Witch freaked out a elderly woman in a ibishu Claria that got logged under the t-series.

Injuries: The vrv driver broke his leg and the elderly woman fainted but nothing life threating.

Aftermath: Bruckell was sued and had to recall all VRV minivans and cargo van.

Case: Fail, May 24, 2022

Crash Description: A teenager wanted to impress his friends, and his crush, took out his 200bx, and ended up drifting over a curb, and took out his tire

Injuries: None, but all occupants were shocked.

Car Used: Ibishu 200BX

Aftermath: The car was towed later that day and repaired. Everyone else had to take the bus home

Case: Bad driving on 9/24/21

Crash Description: A Roth alpha wagon driver was going to the last Roth car show before he imported the car to America but over a hill a Cherrier Emousse was passing a Ibishu Kashira friend when the Roth wagon went front first into the wagon when a Roth sedan slammed into the back of the wagon

Injuries: None

Aftermath: The Cherrier's licence was revoked.
