Case: Intersection accident in Germany

Description: A Hirochi SBR4 registered in Querfurt collided with a Vivace at an intersection near Fulda, Germany in the early hours of January 10th. The cause of the accident was the Vivace entered the intersection without looking both ways.

Map Used: ETK Experience Center

Vehicles Involved: 2020 Hirochi SBR, 2019 Cherrier Vivace 110d

Aftermath: No injuries, but both cars written off.

Case: Social Media stunt gone wrong, rear end, September 30, 2020, 07:56:04.

Description: Youtuber CrashRussiaDummy, real name Pjotr (2.5k subscribers) wants to know how fast a Lada can really go. He found a straight road and gave 19-year-old Lada full throttle. He was so busy vlogging that he didn't see another Lada in front of him. He crashed into the Lada at 60 km / h.

Injuries: CrashRussiaDummy (36) had minor injuries, the driver of the other Lada (60) was fine.

Car (s): Lada Riva Wagon 1999, Lada / Vaz 2103 1985.

Map used: Russian provincial town

Aftermath: The driver of the white Lada was angry and sad, his Lada that he has spent so much time on since October 2018 was written off. Pjotr took a break from YouTube, Instragram and TikTok for over 6 months. He is also fined (converted into modern USD) $ 3000 and his driver's license suspended for 5 years. His test car was also written off. He lost 1.1k subscribers on YouTube and YouTube gave him a strike. In the end, the driver of the hitted car bought back his car and now makes the dead Lada brand new.

Case: failure to merge causes collision, October 2nd 2018.

Description: an impatient driver in a beaten-up MPV forced his way in front of merging traffic at the end of the autopista, getting clipped by one car and being punted into the oncoming lane where he had another minor impact with an oncoming van.

Injuries: none.

Vehicles involved: 1996 Ibishu Kashira, 2012 Hirochi Sunburst Sport, 2007 Gavril H15.

Location: Fastello, Italy.

Aftermath: the Kashira was so worthless the owner did not even attempt to make an insurance claim. He offered to pay for the very minor repairs the Sunburst required and scrapped his own car.

Case: side impact, February 27th 2014.

Description: a car turning down a side road was hit by a car pulling out of the same road, which had not seen it coming across their path.

Injuries: none.

Vehicles involved: 1998 Ibishu Pessima 1.3d Hatchback, 2002 ESCar Seoil 1.4.

Location: Polish Mountains.

Aftermath: both cars could drive away, but transmission problems meant the Seoil was scrapped a few months later anyway. The Pessima was repaired and is still around today. No charges were brought against either driver due to the lack of injuries or major damage.

Case: breakdown results in pile-up, April 20th 2016.

Description: an 88-year-old motorist was offered a courtesy car while her Hirochi Sunburst went back to the dealer for repairs. However, the courtesy car was a manual, and being so used to the CVT in her own Sunburst the driver forgot that she was no longer driving that car. Over-revving the engine caused it to explode, and the car came to a grinding halt on the highway- much to the shock of other drivers. One pickup truck could not stop in time, the bus behind it swerved into the inside barrier and another car went underneath that.

Injuries: the Sunburst driver went into shock, and was later revealed to be concussed. Being rammed by the truck had also re-opened the hip fracture she had had an operation on not too long ago. One of the bus passengers also suffered concussion upon falling out of his seat, and a few others had mild bruising. The ETK's driver and rear driver's-side passenger had some glass cuts but got out okay.

Vehicles involved: 2014 Hirochi Sunburst 1.8, 1999 Gavril D15, 2002 Gavril CB40 SWB, 2015 ETK 856tc Scalota.

Location: West Coast, USA.

Aftermath: the Hirochi driver recovered surprisingly quickly, and with the work on her car complete by the time she got out of hospital she was ready to hit the road. However, the car had not been driven in several weeks, not since her daughter took it from the Hirochi dealer back to the owner's apartment- and in that time the battery died. The car was deemed no good as a result of this, and it was scrap. The courtesy car was also beyond repair with a blown engine, so it too was fed to the crusher, as was the heavily-damaged pickup, the ETK (which had sustained frame damage which compromised the car's safety and would have been very difficult and costly to fix anyway) and the bus (with one of the front wheels sheared off it could not drive, and was deemed uneconomical to fix).

Case:Truck blindspot sideswipe turned into huge pileup

Description:A truck turned into a lane with another car in it.The truck driver couldn't see the car because of his blindspots.He sideswiped him,swerved and flipped causing the whole highway being blocked.Then a bunch of other cars came and created a pileup.

Injuries:Truck driver had minor scraches.Vivace driver a few bruses and a broken arm.ETK I driver had broken ribs a broken arm and a punctured lung.The ETK 1300 driver was fine only just in shock.200BX driver is fine.Pessima driver sadly died.The Hopper driver just had a few bruses from the seatbelt.The bolide driver was completely fine.

Aftermath:The ETK -I driver survived and was in the hospital for 6 months.The Vivace driver recoverd quickly.The Bolide driver got a new headlight for his car because it was the only peice damaged.After everyone recover they all attended the funeral for the Pessima driver.

Case: Drunk Driving causes pileup, May 13 2018, 14:57:07

Description: A cement truck driver was getting to Nocte after construction in Conza Azzurra. He drunk too much beer. He saw a traffic jam too late and crashed into the pile of cars.

Injuries: The truck driver had minor injuries, as well for the family with the Roth and everyone in the bus. Everyone else has major injuries.

Car(s): 2015 Man TGS, 2012 Hirochi Sunburst, 2000 Roth Alpha, 1995 Ibishu Covet, 1990 Wentward DT40L

Location: Monti Bridge (Fanmade, bridge between Airport and Nocte)

Aftermath: The Sunburst and the Covet were written off. The family in the Roth were luckly because they bought a Luxery version with passenger and side airbags. If they ordened the base version, they woud have been seriously hurt. The damage was €10.000 and the bridge was closed for 4 hours. The people in the bus recovered quickly and were sent to their destination with another bus. The drunken diver was arrested and sent into prison for 10 years. As of now, the bus was exported to Central African Republic and was scrapped in 2020. The cement truck was sold to another company, when the company went bankrupt in 2020 due to economical issues. The Roth is still driving.

Case:Plane crash turned into highway pileup.

Time/day:June 24st,2019 12:24 AM

Location:West coast USA

Description:A planes engine blew out causing it to crash land onto a highway.Then a bunch of cars came to the plane and caused a huge pileup.

Injuries:Everyone in the plane died instantly.The Blackfoot and I series driver and passangers all died in the crash.The sunburst driver was taken to the hospital with a broken arm and 3 broken ribs.The Vivace driver went into a shock coma.The pessima and D-series drivers were brused and scrached.The 200BX driver sufferd a broken arm,leg and a few cuts.The pessima and T-Series drivers were fine,and the 1300 driver was shaken up.The other pessima driver had whiplash.

Vehicles:Antonov AN-12B,Hirochi Sunburst,Iibshu Blackfoot,Ibishu Pessima(Third gen)Ibishu Pessima(First gen),Gavril D-Series Cargo Box,Gavril-TSeries Cement mixer,Cherrier Vicace Emousse,ETK 1300.

Aftermath:The sunburst and 200BX drivers did recover.The vivace driver woke up from his coma 2 weeks later and was fine.The d series and Pessima (3rd gen)Became freinds and frequently joked about him flying into his box truck.In the end evryone recovered.The funeral was held for the plane passangers,blackfoot passengers and I series passangers.

Death/Injury total/Damage cost:15 dead 7 injured.Total damage cost 300,341,976(Mostly from the cargo plane)

Case: Terrible Pile-Up Crash, 2nd January 2021, 13:11 P.M.
Cars Involved: 2006 Ford Transit Mk6 W/Roulotte, 1985 Bruckell Legran Base, 1983 ETK I-Series Wagon Unmarked Police, 2002 Gavril Roamer Facelift, 2010 Gavril T75 Long Frame, 1969 Ibishu Miramar Sedan 690
Description: Everything stared by Linn, who stopped the car in the middle of the highway, for a blown tire. So she put the 4 signal arrows, got out of the car, went away and took her cell phone to call for help. While she was doing this, Autumn crashed her car at high speed against Linn's car, went into a spin and slightly hit a raised guardrail. Then, . Then, Mark and his wife, Freeda, in the Legran, crashed into cars, and Ford Transit, with Ingrid as driver, went into a spin, destroying too the roulotte. Then, Tyler, with his truck, slightly crashed into Ford Transit and roulotte. For Last, Lieutenant Schwarz, went too fast into a raised guard rail, trying to avoid all the cars, and flipped a lot of times.
Aftermath: All the cars are totalled, except the truck...
Deads/Injures/Cost of Damages: Lieutenant Schwarz died in the ambulance, headed to the hospital. Mark and his wife Freeda survived, with some scratches. Linn, fortunately, wasn't in the car and was distant from the accident scene, calling paramedics and police. Ingrid was slightly injured. Autumn was seriously injured in her SUV. Tyler, in his truck, was unharmed. Matthew, in his van, was only dazed.
The cost of damages is 30.000$

 

Case: showing off leads to loss of control crash, July 3rd 2016.

Description: a young, fairly wealthy Frenchman, tired of being harassed by police over his dangerous driving, crossed the border into Moltofino, a small state with a massive performance car scene. At a junction he was encouraged to floor it, and switching the ESC off- he was hoping to be able to do a burnout- meant he lost the back end of his car and hit a parked vehicle just around the corner.

Injuries: none.

Vehicles involved: 2015 Hirochi SBR4 RWD TTS, 2015 ETK Kc6d.

Location: Moltofino.

Aftermath: the driver was arrested but only received a fine and a request to leave Moltofino, which he did immediately as he needed to return his car to the Hirochi dealer in Marseilles for repairs. The ETK had been hit directly on its rear wheel, which caused extensive suspension damage- though it was repaired, that cost over 5,000 euros to do in the end.

Case:Pileup

Description:A truck driver got a text while driving.He looked at his phone then spun out a Legran.Then a Sunburst driver tried to avoid a rock in the road and then spun and crashed.Then other cars came creating a pileup.

Injuries:The Sunburst and Raomer driver were in bad shape,the vivace and 800 series driver both had a broken arms and scraches.Everyone else was fine.

Location:Utah

Aftermath:The sunburst and Roamer driver did survive and everyone eventually healed.

Case: t-bone crash, September 25th 1988.

Description: a farmer pulled out onto a small, narrow road without looking far enough to see a car speeding towards him. That car hit the front corner of his farm truck at over 100km/h.

Injuries: the farmer had not been wearing his seatbelt either, which resulted in him being thrown across the inside of the vehicle and sustaining a broken arm, a fractured femur and severe head injuries. The other driver was fine except for some bruising.

Vehicles involved: 1983 Ibishu Pigeon, 1986 ETK I-Series 3000i.

Location: Italy.

Aftermath: both cars were totalled, but the ETK driver admitted he had been speeding and on top of the fines he was made to pay, he offered to replace the wrecked Pigeon and found one secondhand a few days later. As well as fines, the ETK driver lost his licence. The farmer fully recovered within three months and was back to work at the very first opportunity.

Case:T-bone

Description:A ETK driver was speeding down the road.A pessima driver was turning onto the main road.Then the ETK driver crashing into the pessima and rolling a few times.

Inuries:The pessiam driver had a broken arm.The ETK driver had a few broken ribs and a broken arm and was rushed to the hospital.

Vehicles Involved:2001 Ibishu Pessima,2017 ETK 1300

Location:Garfeiled Hights

Aftermath:The ETK driver tried to sue the pessima driver but failed so he set his house on fire in rage.He was later arrested.
