Case: Port Accident, November 1, 2022

Crash Description: A truck driver was on his way to deliver two brand new Procyon Centauris when he was forced to take an alternate route at the port. He ended up behind another motorist and rammed their car before losing control and sending his truck, as well as the SUVs, into the water.

Injuries: The motorist received serious injuries from his fall, the truck driver drowned.

Cars Used: 1976 Gavril T65, 2014 Hirochi Sunburst, 2023 Procyon Centauri x2

Map Used: Italy

Aftermath: All of the cars that fell into the ocean were pulled out, adding additional damage. The truck was deemed totaled, as it was crashed beyond recognition. The Procyons were deemed totaled with flood titles. The Sunburst that was hit was also deemed totaled. The trucking company was charged $400,000 for the accident, $250,000 for the SUVS, $45,000 for the trailer, $30,000 for the Sunburst, and an additional $75,000 in damages and fees. The Sunburst driver survived the accident and the related medical treatment.

Case: One day, Harry Johnson, An Offroader decided he wanted to go on a Journey in Utah, His friend (Jake) said that can he bring his car with him, He, Said yes, as the Fenders of the trailer we're ripping off, he spun out going 25 Mph uphill, The trailer keeping them hanging, after 20 seconds, they fell.

Injuries:
Harry: Suffered a Broken Leg, and a Sprained neck. spending 4 Months in hospital.
Jake: Jake suffered the roof of the car, Going in his head, Breaking his skull, then the Impact of the Pessima on the roof of the car. (didnt take pic)

Aftermath: Harry was in the hospital for 4 Months, Before both cars getting towed, They investigated the Area and said this was Caused by a rock near the road, As the proycon's Tire marks we're there, Funeral For Jake, and Both cars we're then towed to the Local junkyard.

After a couple 1 more rock, the axle broke and the car went down the cliff, Meaning the rock that started it was its fault.

 

Case:Head-On Collision
Description: A Centauri driver was on his way to work, when he saw a cat crossing. He swerved to avoid hitting it but instead hit a school bus.
Date: June 18, 2022
Location: West Coast, USA
Injuries: Centauri driver suffered a broken wrist and arm, aswell as a fractured femur. The school bus driver had no injuries and all the kids were unharmed.
Car(s) Used: 2022-27 Procyon Centauri, Freightliner FS-65
Aftermath: The Centauri driver was sent to the hospital where he stayed for about 2 weeks. He was charged with child endangerment and was sentenced to 1 month of community service

Case: Street Racing Leads to fatal crash, 2013.
Crash Description: a Day after work, Oliver, With his friend Jack, Wanted to do a race, Whoever won that race would get 100 Bucks, As Oliver's 200BX was faster, Oliver decided to give a headstart to Jack with his sunburst, As Oliver Was Caching up, A School bus came interrupting the scene and crashing.
Injuries:
Kids in the Bus: 5 Of the kids we're Shocked, but all uninjured.
Driver of the Bus: Shocked, but uninjured.
Jack: Died due to going 50+ Into the side of the school bus, Demolishing the windshield.
Oliver: Suffered Both Wrists broken, And a Brain damage. Sadly in the Hospital he died.

Case: After math of rally cause's an Accident, 2015
Description: A Rally Driver named: John. Won the rally this year, as his predator, William, decided To do something not very Friendly, as the rally driver (John) was going on the highway, William came Hitting the bumpers, the last hit Johns car Lost control and went into the barrier, being Airborne for a abit, landing and flipping over Demolishing the car.
Injuries:
John: Died due to the car flipping 5 - 10 times and breaking his skull.
William: Lived although Suffered 1 Broken wrist, and a Concussion.

Case: Police chase Turns into A Horrific Accident, 2010.
Crash Desc: As Police Mr, Thomas was going down a highway, He saw a black Ibishu Plum Speeding away while Money coming out of the trunk, He Immediately turned on His sirens And chased then, Couple mins after, Wanting to Ram him, He overtaked the criminal's car going straight into the Barrier, while the criminals car spun out hitting the Barrier lightly.
Injuries:
Mr. Thomas: Lived but Suffered A Broken Leg, concussion, And a Broken wrist.
Driver of the Criminal: Suffered a Concussion and Shocked by the accident.
Passenger of the Criminal: Died due to flying out the car out of the door that had been torn off.

Case: The Scintilla highway incident, January 19th 2021

Crash Description: A speeding Civetta Scintilla driver (presumed to be 165 MPH, aged 34 Thomas Badewski was going in the wrong lane thru a corner, not noticing a Gavril H-Series van, driven by 54 year old Paul Brown. Badewski was decapitated by the left panel of the roof of his Scintilla on impact. Two passengers in a blue Covet witnessed the incident, with a part of the debris the Scintilla threw aswell as the blood from the Scintilla. 23 year old Charles Smith and 21 year old Aaron Miller. "It was the most disgusting thing I've seen in my life, no disrespect to the dead Scintilla driver, but I saw a head get ripped off of a man's torso by a roof panel, then it all sprayed all around our car. I think I will need a therapist after this." Said Smith.

Injuries:
THOMAS BADEWSKI: Decapitation (DECEASED)
PAUL BROWN: Snapped left foot (AMPUTATED), broken left leg, broken right leg and foot, bruised both arms.

Aftermath: The road had to be cleared for biohazards from Thomas Badewski's decapitation. Both the cars had to be scrapped and the mayor gave multiple speeches about the dangers of fast driving.

Case: Street driving at night Turns into a horrifyng accident, 2018.
Crash Description: it was a Normal night on Wednesday, BMW Driver, Jake Saloona, a German men, Decided to Get his gas on a street that there's A Construction site, as he was going he realized the back of a van had stopped the only way of passing the site, so he saw a Ramp truck, and he prayed for the best, as in the air, he was shocked to see there are couple explosive fuel tanks there, after the impact, everything exploded, including the parked cars.
Injuries:
Jake Saloona : Died due to the explosion and getting lit on fire.
Construction Worker Oliver ( driver of the van) : He suffered 4 Broken ribs, Broken Arm and a concussion
Construction Worker James (driver of the Pickup) : Suffered a Concussion, Broken legs, and A Brain damage.
Pedestrians: N/A (cuz they we're not in the accident)

Case: Fatal crash caused by speeding
Description: John was heading home from work when he decided to start speeding on the highway. He then started to lose control until he hit a telephone pole and stopped.
Date: December 8, 2021
Location: Johnson Valley
Injuries: John was sadly killed as soon as the impact happened.

Aftermath: The audi was taken to a junkyard where it was used for parts then crushed.

Investigation by the Belasco City Police Department (BCPD)
The LeGran was allegedly facing west in the eastbound lanes. The H45 was going eastbound at ±50 mph. Eyewitnesses witnessed the LeGran turning left at the garage, where it went head-on with the van. There weren't proper signage indicating that the person must turn right. (see photo below)

It may seem confusing for the driver, and personel of the garage and gas pump witnessed multiple people heading the wrong way, going over the central divider, and multiple near-misses and accidents. A statement of a spokeperson of Belasco Traffic Services (BTS):
"(...) the crossing of the Mojave road and the garage has always been a place of interest for our team. We have a meeting planned with the mayor, BCPD and the owner of both the garage and the gas station about this intersection. We will be renewing the crossing, as soon as possible."
The owner of the garage and the gas station haven't made a statement yet.
As of 2022, the crossing has not been renewed. There will be a court case in mid-2023 between family of both the H45 and the LeGran, and the city of Belasco, the state of California, BTS, BCPD, Tailobite and Belasco City Garage. There were no other charges put to the other parties involved .

 

Case: Severe T-Bone crash
Description: A Volvo driver was pulling out of a gas station when a Land Rover Defender slammed into them at 76 MPH/122 KMH
Date: January 18, 2020
Location: West Coast, USA
Injuries: Both Volvo occupants had severe injuries but they luckily surived. The Defender driver had a fractured arm, broken collar bone, and leg.

Aftermath: It was later found that the Defender driver was under the influence, as a result he was sentenced to 3 months house arrest.

2 vehicle rear end collision resulting in moderate injuries, 5th August 2015.

Vehicles involved: 2014 Volvo V60 T5 (1 year old at time of incident, registration 5AVS872, driven by Sarah Turner)
2000 Gavril Grand Marshal V8 (15 years old at time of incident, registration 3HYD825, driven by Walter McDonell)
Location: Belasco county redwood forest.
Time: Approx. 6:12 A.M local time.
Injuries: Sarah had spinal injuries and had to undergo physical therapy for months, eventually making a full recovery. Walter was uninjured, but shaken up.
Cause: Sarah was in a rush to get to work as she was running late, and reversed out of her driveway hastily without checking her mirrors. An approaching driver in a Gavril sedan (Walter Mcdonell) was unaware of the reversing Volvo, and so as Sarah pulled out infront of said sedan, she was hit at roughly 43 MPH, and slid sideways back into her driveway, as the sedan slowly came to a stop on the side of the road a few yards down the road.

Investigation by the Polizia Norte
The van was an ex-US school bus, and imported to Italy in 2000. The driver was unexperienced, only being on the job 2 weeks. It is likely he read the speedometer in Miles per hour, instead of Kilometers per hour (see photo below)

GPS data also stated that the driver went 128 km/h for a long period of time. 128 km/h is equal to 80 mph. The maximum speed is 80 km/h. We asked a statement from the operator of the shuttle, but we got no response. Some ex-employees stated they weren't propely trained, worked long shifts and underpayed. We reached out to the operator of the shuttle, but we never got a response. There was a court case in 2007 between the families of the victims and the operator of the shuttle. The operator must pay a €100.000 fine to all the families of the 16 passengers. However, the money wasn't recieved due to the economic recession, and a new court case was filed in 2013. 9 of the 16 relatives recieved the €100.000, while 3 have not recieved the full amount of money and 4 have never recieved money. The company filed for bankruptcy in 2019, being taken over by Migilia Aeroporto.

Crash Desc: One Day, Michelle Rose, an Italian Female in her Cherrier Vivace, Was Rushing to work, Speed Limit Was 30, While she was going 50+ mph, Police camera's Got him, although as Jackson Mike, In His Volvo we're Backing up, as Rose lost control, She Hit a 200BX Driver, Roberto Quattroporte, Sending the 200BX Into a Parked Cherrier qE, Nathan Quilla, And Rose Ended up going into an ETK 800, Mia Zania, Mike Also Forgot to pull the handbrake So he was Hanging off the cliff.
Injuries:
Michelle Rose: Broken Left Arm, Concussion And Neck Pain, Spending 2 Weeks in the Hospital.
Jackson Mike: N/A, Although shocked.
