I went to go spawn up some 15 trucks for a nice screenshot, and saw this as one of the license plates:



The odds of this tag are probably the odds of the Earth exploding

 

My license plates always say my steam name is their a way to change them to random like yours?

 

First off, i posted that in the wrong sub-forum, i'm so tired i can't even read

second, if you spawn another vehicle, it creates a random tag.
