Rate my specs

A 4440 is good enough to not bottleneck a 970 in most games. BeamNG is one of the few exceptions and that's only with 3+ vehicles or a T75.
Getting a 4690K and overclocking it was probably a better idea. Unless you already had the 970, then it's fine I guess.

That was the bottleneck, not the 4440. You probably should've gone for a 4690K and 980Ti.
It's still a very powerful rig, just unbalanced since most games are GPU bound.

your pc's specs are old all I can say is save money and upgrade

 

but remember, this is only running 1440x900 so the specs should be fine.
