Down on the DPad to enter photomode, set the shot up how you want, then hide the UI and capture it through the Xbox's screenshot ability (double-tap Xbox button, press Y)

 

VERY tough to make, but it was so worth it.

I don't have good experiences with ETS 2 MP. I got ambushed by 2 other trucks once

and europort sucks.

 

I hear you. There are so many Russian keyboard drivers with 900 ping that lag into you and/or go 90+MPH through cities and hit you straight on.
