It is free, it is as terrible as one would think, but maybe sitting back on sofa using controller and just ignoring anything you know about cars, it might be fun with friends or something. Beyond me how they can sell this with such high price tag that this one were sold as new, but I guess people just want to look pretty things and nothing else matters? --- Post updated --- I don't think that this first ever attempt was too well, run out of money before got to build water supplies and my powerlines don't cover much more than curved road. To top that off, all electricity is by few wind turbines without any backup: Oh yes, there was option to be able to see something too:
Grid is the worst car oriented franchise i have ever played got grid 2 when it was free about a month ago played few races with a friend and stopped because developers could not figure out how physics work still cant believe they got away with puting "real racing simulator" on grid autosport when the game is total arcady garbage
Yeah, it was quite bad, lacking main menu or any clearly visible indication about selection of car or track, just goes straight to driving without ability to skip cinematics etc. then actual driving is like 90's car games at Arcade hall or something, I'm really surprised that they could actually sell it as even as free it is really horrible. (although I have a thing for horrible free games) However one good point is that you can map controls, after race has started Their ratings at Steam are oddly good though, there are better games with mostly negative rating which just are bit on complicated side. One review mentioned "remind me of society", I think that is very well put, nothing but a pretty shell matters. Luckily there are exceptions to that rule. Electric car at best Nordschleife I have seen in any game. Raceroom.
