and secondly, with all due respect as i understand its a terrible thing, what exactly could the deveslopers do to stop 9/11 re-enactments and actually, why would it matter specificly to beamng anyway, i think every plane sim has this problem.

When fighter jets come in explosions may be useful but i don't think its vital to the gameplay. If the devs want to add something could they add support for multiple.DAE load ins.

I am just gonna put it out now, can we please stop talking about 9/11. I know I put it in the top post 2 months ago (ish). I utterly regret that. Now lets stop talking about it.

this game couldn't simulate the building correctly without a massive computer anyway.

Also, hati informed me that when a ford pinto "explodes" it is actually something called a BLEVE http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boiling_liquid_expanding_vapor_explosion. I believe the same type of thing happens to large jets.
