I know of a few specific european lightbar animations you could use.
Also, said list doesn't exist.

 

Loving this mod, even though I just downloaded it!

Can't wait to see if this gets applied to all police vehicles in the game, as well as the ambulance!

 

I've been looking everywhere in the game's files for anything that might help. Anything would be appreciated

I will see what I can do.

 

Pretty sure I found all of the current light animations (and maybe a way to make custom ones too... maybe).

You have done a lot I thank you. But 1 have only 1 thing to ask. Can we get the flashing headlights and taillights alone. Would help the unmarked police car. If possible (idk if you can do this) put little lights inside the car. Probably just copy the sunburst's little led lights on the body and shove them inside. But this mod as is is fantastic and this can wait. I rather have the lights be on the other cars.

How do you install this mod? Do you simply drop the ZIP file in the mods folder or do you have to do something else? I have it in the mods folder right now but the new lights aren't showing up, nor are the light shadows on the ground

 

If it's in the mods folder you're doing it right. It won't show up until you open the customization menu. Go to the lightbars and select it.

For the police package grand marshal, I go to vehicle config; parts, and the only drop down menus there are are frame and body, paint design, and license plate design

 

The 'Frame and Body' has a drop down arrow, click on it. The new lights should be under the 'Roof Accessory' option. The ones that I made have 'I-' in front

I happy about the only external lights. I can make the NYC undercover taxi cop car .
