Had to assemble system on desk to figure out what is making noise, turns out to be fanless PSU after all.
Alienware-Brand new. Combine with gaming keyboard and mouse and an ancient headset held together with tape- BAM, got my setup Intel I7-6700 3.4 GHz 16GB Ram GTX 1080 (Nevermind the old cpu in the background, it's not even connected)

Sadly I haven't got a fancy Gaming PC like most other People here... plus I STILL didn't upgrade my GPU but since the last update BeamNG runs at reasonable framerates. I have an "expensive" $80 thrustmaster wheel but I don't use it much because I can't have partial throttle. So I use my mouse for steering and throttle. My specs are in the signature. It was meant to be an all purpose computer that is capable of some gaming but is also inexpensive. I built this computer around New Years 2015. Here are some pics I took while building it

I made a desk homemade stay tuned to my channel for a reveal soon, made it from birtch and oak, BUT I FRICKIN CRACKED IT IN MY TRUCK, lel I borrowed my dad's truck, my Honda is too small...
