Performance issues with AMD GPUs

I managed to start GSP and weirdly it's stuck at around 60fps while on DX11 it's at 90+fps, but it's probably tied to the iGPU problem

 

I can't load into MP with vulkan unfortunatly. But it does improve performance a bit

 

my amd rx 5500 xt 4g gpu will crash my pc every single time while playing and would have to do a hard restart of my pc every time that I play this game. i'm going to be switching over to a ryzen 5 5600g apu and getting rid of my gpu and ryzen 5 3600. i've tried everything possible and hope this gets fixed with any future updates to the game.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5800 with Radeon Graphics
GPU: AMD Radeon Graphics (couldn't find exact name)

Context: When 0.26 came out the graphics were good on high and ultra, now the frame rate is choppy as I will now explain. I contacted support before this, and I tried lower graphics, support on the subreddit and the Discord, and many other tutorials, but it isn't working as I will now demonstrate:
(on High and Ultra graphics)

I got 18-21 fps on GSP

I get 9-15 fps on WCUSA (the most FPS intensive map and the most laggy for m)

I also get 9-15 fps on 6 traffic cars in WCUSA

Did you try Vulkan? Just remember you don’t have a graphics card, so don’t get your hopes up too high

 

Vulkan crashes on me when I open it.

 

Vulkan does not run on integrated AMD cards, you need either a GPU or an Intel chip for that

 

Hey, I saw you have ryzen 5800h laptop, most of the laptops with that cpu has also dedicated gpu with them. If you have that you need to set a priority from the gpu software to run the game from that dedicated gpu. If you just have igpu this is probably what you would get. Don't you forget to set your pc to performance mode also.
I haven't seen any new ryzen 6xxx series testing video with this game but it must run better than the 5xxx series because of the new rdna integrated gpu.

Yeah but the tutorial I used told me to look at the display adapters and that just showed something else that wasn't the graphics card.

 

If you don't have a graphics card, you won't find a graphics card option, other than the one that's integrated into the cpu.

If you do have a graphics card, connect your display cable to it, instead of the the port on the motherboard

Ok so my dumbass forgot that I had an NVIDIA GPU.
I tried downloading the latest driver and the NVIDIA GeForce Experience, and it didn't work.

I have no place in this forum now.

I just bought an AMD 6800XT to replace a GTX 1080. Well to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I'll have to sell this crap AMD card to get a proper modern Nvidia card. I play Bidwar's demolition derby mod and I could run 17 cars with no stutter, now with this "better card" I'm getting the worst frame drops and stutter I've ever seen. I have went WAY backwards in performance. I have tried everything except the deep sleep states with MPT app. If that doesn't work I'm cutting my losses and selling a brand new 6800xt for a loss certainly and finding a RTX 3080 ti or similar.

 

It's not the card's fault it's the game/driver fault, 6800xt you have will perform better than the 3080ti in any other game
