They do, it looks excellent! A name for a business, or a poster outside of other businesses: "Busaholics Anonymous: Because you can only be a child for so long. Regain control of your life, call now! 1800-BUS-NO-MO".
What about a small single-runway airport on the outskirts of town? Even with a small hanger, "terminal", ramp, taxi ways, and a runway at a couple thousand feet long, I doubt it would take up much space. Then again, I could be misjudging the size of the map alltogether.
Are we all assuming beamng will have planes and helicopters or something? Maybe it will at some point I suppose...
A few names for businesses, some fitting the communist undertones of the map. 1-COMMUNIST MARTYR'S PEOPLE'S EATING RESTRAUNT FOR THE FEEDING OF THE PEOPLE. We give food which you insert into your mouth! Call 1-800 5T4L1N for delivery to your house of living! 2-Coult and Shultz car dealership Discount cars for ridiculous prices! Call 1-1337 Y0U'R3 FUCK3D for information.

Going to start trying to add night lighting and faux-interiors to most of the buildings now, because it's a bunch of fun. EDIT: have done exactly that: View attachment 307
About halfway done with the hospital now. View attachment 308 View attachment 309 View attachment 310 It's your typical horribly-planned urban hospital that just absorbed buildings around it over time. EDIT: map file updated in OP.
