Like the reference of the Burnside Special with the blue one.
And the black one looks like the "LeGran edition" from the Moonhawk sedan mod by RyanCookie.

 

Its supposed to be a 50th year anniversary edition, hence the similarities

The Special has been produced in 1953, so it would mean the Windsor has been extended after 2003, unlike the Grand Marshal which it production stopped in 1997.

 

yes, the facelift will go onto around 2009-2010

 

The production maybe stopped in 2012 if we see when the Crown Victoria production ended.
