So this issue has been plaguing me for a couple of months now, perhaps since the first 0.5.0 update even.
I put together a little video of what I am experiencing (my first ever so don't laugh:p).

I have tried every combination of adjustment I can humanly think of in every location I can think of.
Biases, nearclips, level info and all decal locations and properties. I thought this was licked by starting
a whole new map from ECUSA but no, it's back.

This only happens when ANY decal, whether skidmarks or anything else, tries to get applied over
a road decal. This is so annoying!

    Is it only that map?
It's possible that map has a wrong setting in the 'levelinfo' thing for 'nearclip'.

(Also, do not stabilize recordings via Youtube :p)

Sorry for the video, it's seriously my first. I'll get better.

It is only my map. I do not get it. I have copied the settings in other maps in everything possible. The only thing
that gets close is the level info near clip however that eventually starts to take down the terrain with weird artifacts.

Also got close messing around with the decal road bias settings but that became a nightmare as well. Would you guys be interested
in taking a look at it?

    Sure, post the files.
I will move this in the mod-support, as it's more an issue related with your map.

It looks like a problem with the material you are using.
    I tried another:

    Then yours:

In the material, use this setting:

    (LerpAlpha, Trasparency ON)

Wow....simple transparency on a material. That fixed it. Guess we all have those days sometimes.

Thank you for your time Nadeox, it's greatly appreciated!
