I have a 1981 VW Rabbit Pickup Diesel. Sadly, I don't have a picture of her on my computer, but she's a beauty, even though she is no where near restored. But I love it to death, I don't think I could ask for a better car. Maybe if I can find some pictures on here, I'll put them up for you guys to see. Oh yea, and her name is Bertha. I don't have a car yet, but I make money every weekend driving this: 13.5HP with 5 speed manual My dad drives a 04 Nissan Maxima 3.5SE 6spd manual. He also has a 1991 Yamaha Virago My mom used to drive a 05 Chrysler Town and Country minivan. Terrible. It had 100k miles when we crashed. The car in front of the car in front of us slammed on the brakes for some reason. The car behind him stopped in time but because of the Chrysler weighing so much and having not so good brakes we crashed. Totaled. The person in front of us happened to be the mom of my brothers friend. (They don't live far from us either) Their car just needed a new rear bumper though. The Chrysler badge that goes in between the wings popped out and I found it. It is on my desk right below my screen. She now has a completely base 2010 Toyota Rav4. (Which I hate) My sister has a 00 VW Passat. It is at 170k miles. V6 5spd manual. It recently had to have the entire exhaust system from the headers back replaced since it was trashed. It also burns oil a bit. (Enough that she keeps an extra quart in the car just in case) This is my project that I've been working on: A 70s 8HP Tecumseh from a snow blower. I'm still stuck at getting the magneto to work right.
May I ask just out of curiosity, why you've sold it? I don't plan on buying a Jag, but they are very nice looking. I am a bit worried about reliability and regular costs though. But I imagine an Evo needs quite a lot of attention, too. So ... - - - Updated - - - Well, it's really an "Opel Corsa". German car, rebranded for the British etc. market. I learned to drive in one of those.

I just got my first car for 800$ its a 1987 celica gt convertible just gave it a fuel pump, a wax job, an interior wash and a new plastic window for the top and it looks beautiful i'm glad my dad found it! Only bad part is I live in Michigan so winters....... not so much, and until i get my level 2 license it wont be fully mine

Symptoms running on 4 cylinders white smoke no power etc.
I really can't decide if my turbo is causing this, or injector o-rings. Or something else. It's intermittent.
