So yes, I have been trying to fix this for a month
I switched my laptop to a way better one but when I start beamngdrive, the main menu doesnt even load, it crashes and displays this message: GPU stopped responding.
It gets fixed if I install older drivers, but I also have another simulator (x-plane 11) that requires the latest drivers. what can i do?

Try to update your drivers to the latest version. The current latest version is: 461.40

If the issue persists, please follow these instructions and make sure that your antivirus and similar software is not blocking the game by mistake: https://documentation.beamng.com/support/compatibility.html

I already have latest drivers installed, the issue only comes up with the latest drivers. Also, the latest drivers arent 461.40, they are 461.71
I already checked that site, didn't solve the problem.

Please try choosing a different location for your Userfolder.

To do so, use the Launcher > Manage Userfolder > Change Location, and then selecting a different folder that does not require special permissions (for example C:\BeamNG.drive)

    Open your Task Manager (ctrl+shift+ESC)

    Check Active Processes and Startup.

If you see following processes, please disable them:

    - SVLoadSense
    - SS2UILauncher.exe
    - SS2Svc32.exe
    - SS2Svc64.exe
    - nhAsusPhoebusUILauncher.exe

If the issue persists, please disable Nahimic app.

These files are audio drivers pre-installed by the manufacturer.

I second this, I had a problem a year ago and I have to use non-Nahimic audio driver in order to play BeamNG.

How about using old driver and ask questions on the x-plane forum instead.

You have it. Try to check your Audio drivers.
