No Turbo's

When i spawn up a car with a turbo or put a turbo on a car the game says there is a fatal error, if i remove the turbo everything works fine, this was already happening before the update

That's very likely due a broken mod.
Disable all your mods, and check again.

i tried safe mode and the turbo's work again, do you have any idea which mods could be causing this behaviour?

Aside that, I'd probably start from engine mods, and mods that 'adds' features to the game.
Else disable everything and enable them in smaller groups to find the broken one faster.
