No Textures On Tire Model

Unfortunately this is a constant issue for me that has never gone away. There are no textures for tire models. The only two cars to have the textures are the Bolide and the Moonhawk. Everything else doesn't.

I can only go so far before it annoys me, and now it is kinda taking the piss. I have Removed every mod to check if it works (No result), I have even reinstalled the game to try to fix it (No result). I don't know what to do and have no clue what a fix might be or where to find one.

Something I would like to add is, there are no textures at all in the interior of the Bolide and the windows are black (you can't see into or out of the vehicle).

Go to MyDocuments and delete the BeamNG.Drive folder (If you have mods installed there, backup only on the MOD folder).
If problem is still there, repeat and add this:
Go to BeamNG (Steam folder > Steamapps > common) and look if you have a folder named "unknown_user_backup". If yes, delete it (or open it, go in vehicles and delete all the folders that are part of the official vehicles).
Check if works.
