no tex on jrl and my steering wheel moving!

when i jumped onto my game first on the launcher it said error. then it just put me in the game. Then i picked my map. i picked west coast usa. It was loading for a bit and then..... half of the map was not there and my steering wheel was acting like an animal. it was twitching... then i fixed it and the car was still acting like an animal when i still fixed the steering wheel.. Then i jumped into jrl. I spawned at the hanger. It was all no tex. some parts of the map were good but.... all of the roads in jrl were no tex...

yes, but it dosent say no more...

plus the terrain looks crappy

 

Try running in Safe Mode, run a clean game install, and clearing cache.

Oh yeah, and try verifying intergry to see if any game files got corrupted.

Right-click Beam in your Steam library > Properties.
Go to Local Files.
Click "Verify integrity of game files..."
Follow further instructions. See if the problem persists.
