No permission to download cars

    I bought the game on steam, and i logged in with steam here.
    When i want to download some cars, it says i dont have permission to do this.

    What i need to do?

    That mod is not being approved yet, that's why you cannot download it.
    How did you even find the link?

    I went to the mods page, then the land vehicles/cars page, then i typed "vaz" in the search box on the top right.
