No key bindings...

Attempting to locate a broken mod, i cleared cache, then launched in safe mode, activated a few mods i had in suspect, and all of my key binding are gone. Using the reset tool wont bring them back. if i travel to setting>controls there is a search bar and then there is a reset button, nothing else. Normally here would be where i can access sub menus to change bindings. However, there is nothing. Please help. currently validating files through steam, will update with how that went. Anyone else ever have this problem?

Fixed! validating files, said there was 2 files that needed to be required, quickly downloaded, and just like that that, good as new with my default arrow key driving. Will keep here for future reference.

Actually, all of my previous key binding are still saved. Very interesting bug.
