Here's the Need For Speed: Rivals Redview County "racer" (civilian) license plate. Originally a image from somewhere, I've edited it and made it work. It's somewhat not that accurate, as this is my first license plate mod.
Have fun.

Fixed the plate letters to make it more like what is in the game.

Fixed files. It should look better and work better. Seriously. XD
