Need a little help here.

I can't figure out how to spawn a stig inside a vehicle. I've got the stig downloaded as well as the "passengers and loads" but every time I use it, all I get is a crash test dummy in the drivers seat. I was able to load multiple dummy's in a vehicle (I think it was a hopper) one single time by selecting each seat position and adding it in but, that no longer works either.

Also, does anyone know where I can get the orange X shaped (non node grabber) spike strip that can apparently be stretched across an entire road?
