Hm okay. Do you use arcade gearbox or Realistic gearbox, you can toggle this is "Q" and shift using "Z" and "X." Aside from that I don't know of any reason it wouldn't work, check the console for if there are any errors.
I haven't tried this mod since the first version so it may not be the same issue, but I had to throttle up in neutral before shifting into drive or reverse. if I shifted into drive at idle, I couldn't throttle up. seemed like it was gonna take 15 mins to rev up to thrust-producing speeds lol.
I tried both realistic and arcade gearbox, and there are no console errors for me? And to "justthebitsplease" I tried that but it wouldn't rev in neutral for me either.
I have both wasd and arrows mapped to controls and neither work. I'll try clearing cache and remapping the controls of the plane maybe the game is just confused.
Sounds like my code might still be buggy. axis and pedals ui app to see if the throttle is actually being affected.
For some reason I can't edit the control mapping of the throttle for my controller on the new version...
I'm really enjoying the new version, the rudder adds a lot more fun! I can't wait for the cosmetic improvements.
I now wrote my review, after a while of using the mod. Beside that, I would really like, to see it improving Good Job!
I have made no progress, I just recently purchased a laptop so I can get back to working on it. But I first need to recollect files and review player suggestions. I am also in school full time so there won't be an abundance of updates. Thank you for your continued interest, I will try to make at least a small update soon. --- Post updated --- Thank you, I do want to improve the looks but I first I want to add body panels, and then polish the flight characteristics. Then work towards making it better.
alright good to see you haven't dropped it lol. but don't feel any pressure to complete it fast cause that's how you get burnt out
