We can toggle between realistic and arcade gearbox behaviour using "Q". However, arcade mode is working similar to normal automatic gearbox - it will shift earlier depends of the throttle input. My suggestion - "arcade racing mode". It would work like in typical arcade racing game where gear shifting is always done on highest RPMs.
