Mod awaiting approval for 4 days already?

Monday I uploaded my first ever mod, a little config I reckon some people could enjoy and it hasn't been approved yet, 4 days after upload. I was told it's out of normal waiting time. Is there any problem, can I do anything about it? halp

 

Very rarely it can be 7 days, so anything below 7 days I would think being normal(ish), even having to wait full week is rare, it sometimes happens.

 

I'm not really impatient, just asking around, I like being well informed. Anyways, thanks for responses, I'll patiently wait and check every once in a while.
