Isn't the paint on the cars a bit too flaky? Seems like you sprinkled buckets of glitter on them

 

low samples and small lamps cause fireflies and noise.

 

Turn on denoising? It's in the Scene tab at the bottom. Leave all the settings at default

started working on a scene, I had some issues with the fog, when I started the fog set up, it worked perfectly, but when I started to adjust it, it just stopped working
